Gift Cards
- This gift card entitles the registered user to purchase merchandise from our website www.azafashions.com (“Website”) or mobile application.
- The recipient of the gift card needs to register on the azafashions.com if not already a registered customer to be able to redeem the gift card.
- This gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Aza reserves the right to reject any gift card if it reasonably suspects that the gift card has been utilized or if the promo-code is invalid or if you are not the intended recipient.
- The gift card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue. Neither the validity of gift cards shall be extended, nor can new gift cards be issued against the expired/unused gift cards.
- Aza is not liable for delivery of Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- This gift card is non-transferable and cannot, in part or in whole, be (i) redeemed for cash/gift vouchers/credit notes; (ii) refunded; or (iii) substituted.
- If the invoice value is greater than the gift card value, the customer must pay the balance amount.
- Gift card value can be redeemed in multiple orders. Remaining balance can be carried forward for subsequent purchases. However, expiry date will remain the same.
- Aza shall not be held liable for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using this gift card. Aza presumes that the person presenting the gift card is the actual and intended beneficiary of the gift card and shall not be required to verify whether the person presenting the gift card for redemption is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card. Without prejudice to aforesaid, in no event the liability of Aza for any claims arising under this gift card shall exceed the value of the gift card.
- This gift card will be governed by laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
- Aza reserves the right to cancel the gift card if the same is found to be purchased with fraudulent means or by providing incorrect/insufficient details. In such case funds shall be credited back to the same source from where funds were received.
- Aza reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of the gift cards at its sole discretion at any point of time.
- How do I buy or gift a Gift Card?
- Purchasing a Gift Card from Aza Fashions is extremely simple.Enter Basic Details: Your name, Recipient’s name and Email of the person you would like to send the gift card to. Special message can also be added (optional).Select the Currency and Enter Value you would like to gift and click on “Add to Bag”.Complete the Checkout process to send the gift card to the recipient.
- How to redeem Gift Card?
- Upon purchase, the recipient can redeem a gift card only after logging in or registering on www.azafashions.com. User needs to first add Gift Card to Aza Credits in order to utilize it.
- User can add gift card to wallet in 2 ways:
- Click on the “Redeem your gift card” link sent to your email address
- Visiting “Aza Wallet” section under My account and clicking on “Add Gift card” next to Aza Credit
- Gift credits can be used on the payment page after successful authentication.
- Gift credits can be used just as any other payment mode however they have an expiry of 12 months. It can be redeemed in multiple orders.Remaining balance can be carried forward for subsequent purchases. However, expiry date will remain the same.
- Does my Gift Card expire?
- Yes. The gift card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue. The validity of gift cards shall not be extended nor can new gift cards be issued against the expired/unused gift cards.
