Loyalty & Referral T&C

  1. Loyalty points can be earned against the orders placed on Azafashions.com. They will have a validity of 6 months from date of credit.
  2. Loyalty points will be added to your account only after the order delivery is accepted by you. Loyalty points will be adjusted in case any orders are returned.
  3. Loyalty points can be redeemed against subsequent online orders placed on Azafashions.com. Loyalty points redemption may not be allowed on certain designers/ products.
  4. Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. The conversion rate for earning loyalty points and redeeming loyalty points is subject to management discretion.
  6. The company reserves the right to amend these T&Cs without prior notice.
  7. Disputes if any are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
 

 
Price Match Guarantee
  1. In case the customer finds any product on our website for a lesser price elsewhere. They should share a screenshot with us and we‘ll match the price. However, this will not apply if the user has already purchased the product.
  2. This will not include customizations, & pricing-errors where prices are uploaded wrongly by mistake on other platforms.
  3. Please note that once a price match is applied, no further discounts or coupon codes can be used.
  4. Price match can be done only with Indian competitive website.
