Returnable within 3 days of delivery (7 days for Diamond tier members). Custom-made and warehouse-sale orders are not returnable. Product's original tags, if attached, must be intact for a successful return. If the original tags are missing, Azafashions may decline the return request and send the product back to the customer.

For USA orders, a restocking or return-handling-fee of USD 50 or upto 20% of the product-selling value will be applicable on return requests, depending on the user's frequency of returns on Aza.
