Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Shashank Arya is deeply rooted in Indian aesthetics, which influence the colors, patterns, and silhouettes of his collections. His global travels further inspire his designs, drawing from the vibrant hues and natural forms he encounters. Having grown up with two elder sisters who sparked his interest in fashion, Shashank pursued textile design at Pearl Academy of Fashion from 2007 to 2011. He honed his skills as an occasion wear designer under Tarun Tahiliani for four years before venturing out to establish his own label in 2016. Known for blending modernistic and contemporary artistry, Shashank Arya's brand stands out for its use of vibrant colors, innovative drapes, layered designs, and a harmonious mix of fabrics and embroideries within each ensemble. His creations reflect a unique fusion of tradition and modernity, appealing to fashion-forward individuals seeking distinctive and versatile clothing options.
