Straight from the AIFW Autumn/Winter’ 2017 runway

From the latest range of colour palates to slay-worthy cuts, the season's most awaited trends and styles are here for your fix. New Delhi turned into a fashion haven with the fashion biggies attending the much-awaited Amazon India Fashion Week, 2017. With the end of this extravagant fashion festival, we’ve seen some of the best styles from a multitude of designers like Malini Ramani, Dhruv Vaish, Pawan Sachdeva, Krishna Mehta and Nikasha. The opulent runway witnessed an array of styles presented by a multitude of fashion designers in the country. From easy styles, eye-catching print, and a breeze of fresh hues, here’s a quick round-up from Aza Fashions for those who missed it!   Malini Ramani: We saw great hints of glamor in outfits by Malini Ramani. Be it saris, tie-dye cape gowns or sheer bodycon dresses with metallic accents; everything witnessed on the runway was perfect to the tee!

Dhruv Vaish: Exploring the colour black in varied shades, forms, and textures, Dhruv Vaish’s collection was all about sophistication with understated designs. Keeping everyday wearability in mind, his collection includes plaids, bold checks, and abstract graphics that only aims at adding on to the dapper quotient!

Pawan Sachdeva: Pawan Sachdeva’s collection comprised of layering segments like statement bombers, light summer jackets and biker jackets along with casual footwear like flip flops or statement black shoes. Keeping up with the debonair element throughout, his collection is definitely worth looking forward to!

Krishna Mehta: A stunning colour play, unusual and innovative cuts and a dramatic representation; Krishna Mehta’s dhoti pants, patchwork and prints along with layered anarkali pieces had our heart that very instant!

Nikasha: Vibrancy and all sorts of feminine! If one show had our eyes stuck on the runway, it had to be this one. With her line called ‘Lilly’, she displayed a collection dominated with dainty chintz prints, intricate embroidery, and tassels in ivory, coral, and pink!

Anju Modi: The runway saw a number of styles presented by Anju Modi with a gorgeous colour play that started off with soothing whites and yellows moving on to sensuous navy blues and wines. With intricate embroideries and motifs doing their trick on every garment, Anju Modi’s styles were definitely a treat to watch.

Hemant and Nandita: If we could call something a complete fashion package, we’d willingly give it away to Hemant and Nandita this season. Trust your wardrobe to be dominated with a great variety that includes skirts, culottes, dresses et cetera. From feminine drapes, ruffles and thin stripes to big tie-up bows, corset belts, and coats; we’re in love with each and every piece by this designer duo!

Pankaj and Nidhi: If your heart screams out loud at the sight of monochrome, gear up because Pankaj and Nidhi pieces have curated pieces just for you. Be it boxy and flowy silhouettes or drool-worthy surface texture with patchwork detailing, add this collection to your list of must-haves!

Siddhartha Tytler: Luxurious velvets and a stunning charcoal shade on the runway prove that they’re meant to be! Edgy styles and sharp cuts defined the tone and silhouettes presented by Siddhartha Tytler and we’re fans already!

Amit Aggarwal: A great amalgamation of florals, geometrical and hand painted designs on flowy fabrics, this bespoke collection also featured Amit Aggarwal’s love for drapes. The range was a fun mix was a collection of fun fusion wear and ready to wear pieces!
