Evidently, the Lakme Fashion Week finalé concluded on a spectacular note. Saaksha & Kinni, one of the designers who closed the trend-setting seven-days, stood out with an arresting collection. The outfits were bohemian-inspired with elements that were bold, experimental and fun- according to Saaksha Bhat, one-half of the eponymous label. The prét styles had chock-full of the quirky vibe, which is perfect for a modern girl's day-to-night wardrobe. Not to mention, they're super easy on the pocket, making the styles apt for the boho-loving millennials. One can dress-up with these outfits by pairing classy pieces, like shoulder-dusting danglers, or can dress-down as loungewear with something as simple as stud/pendant jewels.
Mrunal Thakur was the best choice as the show-stopper for the lively collection. The former Aza cover girl, whose own personal style leans toward outfits with a bit of an edge, looked stunning on the ramp.
