Sobhita Dhulipala and Shilpa Shetty are known in the Bollywood circle (apart from their acting AND modelling chops) for their grace and sophisticated style. We can't get over how exquisite these ladies looked in their similar half-and-half velvet and chanderi floral printed sarees from Torani. While one opted for a retro vibe, the other went for a classy-effortless one. Read on to know more about how they styled their outfits.
Sobhita Dhulipala
Styled by - Karan Torani
Where - Sobhita attended the Condé Nast Readers' Travel Awards in the black saree.
Sobhita Dhulipala gave us some serious vintage vibes when she stepped out in this black part velvet-part chanderi saree with floral print. With a face that instantly reminds us of yesteryear's gorgeous actresses, she carried the look extremely well. The minimal gold necklace and stud earring set is by Amrapali and the black velvet potli from Torani only adds to the overall vintage feel. Extra points for the subtle chignon with red roses, kohl-laden eyes and a bindi.
Shilpa Shetty
Styled by - Sanjana Batra
Where - Shilpa attended the Champions Of Change Awards 2020 in the red saree.
Shilpa Shetty, on the other hand, went for an effortless ethnic look with simple pair-ups. This brick-red velvet-chanderi saree was paired with a traditional gold necklace by Amrapali Jewels and a red potli by Torani. The make-up was extremely clean and basic, which we love, and the bombshell blowout hair which is an absolute must-do if you have tresses like the stunning actor.
