5 days of pure fashion ended yesterday and we’re suffering from withdrawal symptoms. The energy, the styles, the people; all of it is something that sets in beautifully and leaves you inspired and amazed. The fashion week this season had a little element of relatable and styles you'd want to steal, and if you've missed the recent dose of fashion, here’s your quick dope on the day-wise report of the Winter/Festive 2017 by Aza!
Label Ritu Kumar: A mix of contemporary, tropical, floral and embellishments, Label Ritu Kumar presented a collection that you can wear for your next girl’s outing, brunches and date nights. All of them teamed with fish net stockings, these styles had a constant chirpy vibe going around. And to add to it, with Disha Patani closing for Label Ritu Kumar, the energy on the runway is something that was certain to get onto you! 
Masaba: Pop colour and prints, the runway was a colour palette brought to life by none other than the queen of prints, Masaba. Patterns like boot cuts, off-shoulders and a fun use of corsets were presented in unique ways and handsdown, we’re impressed. Don’t you think so? Sanjay Garg – Raw Mango: Elaborate drapes, a versatile use of fabrics teamed with motifs to admire. Sanjay Garg of Raw Mango displayed a collection to woo your hearts at the very first sight. Angelic motifs, floral prints, and geometric figures took over the runway leaving us mesmerized. 
Anuj Bhutani | Doodlage | Chola: The pieces at #RestartFashion were made using the post-consumer waste. Simple and thoughtful, the three designers presented their pieces owing to their USP. Anuj Bhutani‘s collection encompassed all things wool - crisp shapes and forms in shades of whites, reds and neutrals. The collection included jackets, shorts, trousers and overalls, each looking easy and comfortable. Doodlage’s collection had a major artistic moment. Relying heavily on patchwork in a range of vibrant hues and prints, the collection was oh-so edgy! Don’t miss out on the distinctive head-gears. Lastly, Chola‘s collection explored the much-talked about gingham or the classic black and white checks. They embraced draped elements on contemporary, anti-fit garments. 
Akaaro: The sustainable day at LFW only opens your eye to the best fabrics around and here’s Gaurav Jai Gupta from Akaaro putting these fabrics to good use. Neatly collating silhouettes with contemporary styles, Akaaro presented styles like saris, lehengas, skirts and tops in colour stories like teals, indigo, greys and metallic shades. 
Anavila: Leaving aside the usual muted tones, Anavila Misra turned to darker tones and absolutely slayed the runway with her pieces. Using an array of fabrics like hand-woven cotton, silk, linen, and wool, she married tones like blacks and dark grays with a graceful sheen. Her collection also included playful blouses to set the tone just perfect. 
Nikita Mhaisalkar: All that glitters is not gold but is the fabulous collection by Nikita Mhaisalkar! The line was an amalgamation of sweaters, shimmer shrugs, organza and woven pants, knitted sarees, coats and trenches, thigh high and bodycon dresses with plunging necklines. With custom-made flat knits, her collection altogether created a beautiful melody! Amit Aggarwal: Known for structure in design, Amit Aggarwal’s Winter/Festive 2017 collection was all about presenting moulded blouses, the modern saree drape dresses, and paneled flare skirts. The outfits were teamed with sharply constructed jackets that stole our hearts faster than anything else! Inspired by the art and interiors of the Prince’s Palace of Monaco and Opera De Monte Carlo, the collections - metallic palette of gold, silver, pewter and copper was accented with emerald, midnight blue and wine. Adding to the sustainability element in his couture, Amit restored rich vintage Banarasi sarees in his signature style and three-dimensional hand embroideries. 
Rahul Mishra: Traditional techniques and the mesmerizing embroidered details in Rahul Mishra’s collection was something that’s going to stay with us for a long time! A diverse range of fabrics teamed with motifs like lotus, marigold and Arabian jasmine, had a major moment on pieces like kurtas, dupattas, lehengas, saris and jackets. With the favourite colours of the world like yellow, red, fuchsia, orange, coral et cetera, this collection is a sure shot statement-maker!

Rara Avis by Sonal Verma: A cool reinvention of a lot of styles, The Rara Avis by Sonal Verma collection featured the trendiest of pieces with a modern-day update. A multitude of prints, silhouettes and colours set the mood just right and had the runway dazzling! Paramparik Karigars: When designers collaborate, make way for something mind-boggling coming your way. Just like these five designer pairs who came together and added a distinctive spin to their creativity. Sailesh Singhania: Sailesh Singhania’s collection paid tribute to their beauty with ‘The Winter Rose’ collection. Absolutely elegant and all sorts of princess-y, the lovely woven motifs, the classic roses and the stunning chandeliers were the heroes of this collection. The ramp witnessed some of the most gorgeous shades and it added on when the beautiful Radhika Apte glided down the ramp wearing a yellow and gold brocade lehenga teamed with a blouse and cape.
Sayantan Sarkar: The collection by Sayantan Sarkar titled ‘Children of War’ aimed at strong men and women who value equality. The collection was both structured and fluid to match the theme. Bringing in the perfect blend of menswear and womenswear, the line offered great contrasts including jackets and flowing silhouettes merging in beautifully. Menswear was more martial and included a multi-pocket boiler suit and stylish double-breasted jackets equipped with shoulder epaulettes.
Urvashi Joneja: Urban chic styles like off-shoulder tops, long jackets and asymmetrical peplum blouses to long, flowing dresses and midis with plunging necklines and ruffle detailing. The outfits were embraced with 3D embellished flowers and vibrant prints. She chose a diverse colour palette that’s in-sync with the season like magenta, military green, tangerine, marsala and a hint of monochrome.
