The Met Gala 2025—Theme, Hosts, & More
The Met Gala 2025 will be held on 5th May. The exhibition theme is “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” The Costume Institute’s exhibition takes inspiration from guest curator Monica L. Miller's book Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity. The exhibit will showcase garments, accessories, art, photographs, film clips, and a lot more.
The co-chairs for the event are Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, Anna Wintour, and honorary chair LeBron James. The dress code for the event will be revealed sometime early next year.
