This special curation is an ode to the men who embody the same youthful, passionate spirit as summer itself.
Decked in an all-black pant set paired with sunglasses, a neck chain and ear cuffs, Rohit enters the studio seeming like the exact antithesis of his ‘Sunshine Boy’ persona. "I'm so sorry I'm late," he says, removing the shades to reveal his puppy eyes as he apologizes in his distinct, sweet intonation. Now there’s the man I visualize melting hearts with his aura of the quintessential rom-com charmer. Had I not witnessed it first-hand at the shoot, I would attribute the creation of this reputation solely to his on-screen characters—whether it’s Raghav in Ishq Vishk Rebound or Rishi in the Netflix series, Mismatched. I remember welling up (just a little) during the parting scene between Rishi and Dimple in the latest season of the latter. This happens to be my first brush with an almost parasocial relationship with a fictional character. He’s that convincing. Now oscillating between projects—from the Dharma potboiler Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari to the South action film Thug Life, directed by Mani Ratnam—Saraf is ambitiously charting new territory. His upcoming roles deviate from those that appeared tailor-made for him, signaling his intent to break the mould. Could this be the genesis of the making of Bollywood’s next youth icon? All signs point towards yes.
From the vibrant, easy-breezy Nafs thread work kurta set matched with relaxed linen pants to the monotone shirt and trouser sets by Jatin Malik and Antar Agni, comfort and floral accents—defined by unique craftsmanship techniques—underline Aza's summer fashion in menswear.
