If your designs could speak, what would they say?

Our design would eloquently convey: "I am as pure as your skin. Breathe in, and breathe out in me to feel comfortable and experimental at the same time. Wear me to believe in me."

What are the signature elements in your designs?

The signature elements in my designs embody genderless clothing, prioritizing comfort, abundant layering, and offering flexibility and versatility for each piece to be styled individually, ensuring longevity. Additionally, each garment features a small mole, symbolizing a distinctive mark that signifies our brand's identity and attention to detail.

Which celebrity or personality do you dream of dressing?

Winnie Harlow,

Which collection are you most proud of, and why?

I take great pride in my latest collection, 'Ray.' With each new release, I sense personal growth and evolution in my aesthetics and ideas. While I acknowledge I'm not perfect, I can confidently say I am better than yesterday. 'Ray' embodies a diverse range of structures in silhouettes, vibrant colors, and textures that resonate deeply with me, reflecting my absolute love for experimentation and creativity.

Where do you find inspiration for your designs?

I draw inspiration from bodily textures such as freckles, moles, wrinkles, and lines, which I seamlessly blend with my surrealistic approach to beauty. Through my vague interpretation, I aim to capture the essence of the world's diverse and unconventional forms of beauty, translating them into my designs with a unique and artistic perspective.

Which designer in the world inspires you?

Sabyasachi and Yohji Yamamoto

Share a memorable "aha" moment from your design career.

My defining aha moment in life came when I was selected for the prestigious competition sponsored by Bottega Veneta in collaboration with IUAV University, Venice. Being the sole Asian to ever achieve this milestone in the history of Bottega is not only a personal triumph but also a testament to breaking barriers and forging new paths in the fashion industry.
