If your designs could speak, what would they say?

All of my creations reflect my love for indigenous craft and distinctive, opulent, and inventive textiles.

What are the signature elements in your designs?

Our designs feature exquisite floral embroidery techniques such as zardozi, aari work, kasab, dori, French knots, and appliqués. We indulge in a rich play of colors, ranging from pastel hues to bold shades, creating visually stunning pieces.

Which collection are you most proud of, and why?

RANG - A celebration of color steeped in heritage, serving as an ode to our journey in textiles. The collection is a harmonious interplay of rich, bold colors juxtaposed with soft neutrals, drawing inspiration from the beauty that surrounds us. Launched in the aftermath of Covid-19, a period marked by uncertainty, RANG emerged as a beacon of hope, joy, and courage. It embodies resilience, offering a lifeline during challenging times.

Where do you find inspiration for your designs?

My inspirations stem from diverse avenues—a fleeting feeling, a captivating photograph, encounters with people, and the myriad forms of nature, such as coral reefs. They blend together in a mélange of creativity, instinct, and reason, shaping my design process and igniting the spark of innovation.

Receiving a text from a client on her wedding day saying, "You made me feel like a Queen or a Princess," is the ultimate "aha" moment.
