"I am more than just clothing; I am an embodiment of confidence and elegance." "I am designed to empower women, to make them feel beautiful and strong." "I am a story waiting to be told, a journey waiting to be embarked upon." "I am not just a garment, but an experience, a feeling." "I am sustainable fashion, conscious of the world around me." "I am a reflection of the woman who wears me, bold and beautiful."
What are the signature elements in your designs?
"My designs are characterized by: A masterful play with metallics and zari: These elements add a touch of opulence and contemporary edge to traditional silhouettes. Innovative fabric development: I constantly experiment with different textiles to create unique textures and drapes. A harmonious blend of tissue fabric and metalwork: This combination results in ethereal and luxurious garments that are both delicate and strong. An unwavering commitment to craftsmanship: Every piece is meticulously crafted to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail."
Which celebrity or personality do you dream of dressing?
Tabu,Which collection are you most proud of, and why?
I'm particularly proud of my 'Khajurgaon' collection. It wasn't just about creating garments; it was about reviving the forgotten opulence of the Uttar Pradesh Rajgharanes. The collection became a launchpad for exploring deeper into regional crafts and textiles, influencing subsequent lines.
Where do you find inspiration for your designs?
My designs are born from a deep connection to my roots. Growing up in Lucknow, surrounded by art and culture, I drew inspiration from the intricate details of our heritage. I'm constantly dreaming up new stories, influenced by the places I've been and the people I've met. It's a fusion of the familiar and the fantastical.

Share a memorable "aha" moment from your design career.
My most defining moment was conceptualizing the first-ever velvet lehenga. It was a departure from the norm, a risk that paid off spectacularly. Seeing it come to life and witnessing the client's excitement validated my intuition and gave me the confidence to push creative boundaries. That lehenga wasn't just a piece of clothing; it was a statement, a turning point in my design journey.
