What are the signature elements in your designs?

I have worked on some exquisite contemporary detailed embroidery techniques, that are modern yet keep our traditional zardosi work as our main inspiration. Soft pastel hues and beiges are the new major favorite.

Where do you find inspiration for your designs?

I draw inspiration from almost everything around me, be it art, nature, architecture, and most importantly, our country’s rich culture and heritage.

Share a memorable "aha" moment from your design career.

My association with Bulgari Jewelry was definitely the high point. I also won an award from Vogue for being a rising star in bridal fashion. From opening stores in Mumbai and Delhi to showcasing at India Couture Week now, it's been a creatively fulfilling journey.
